Hi everyone, and thanks for checking out my website! My name is Robert (Bob) Moody, and I am a conductor who is fortunate to lead three tremendous orchestras, in addition to a wonderful amount of guest conducting.
I have served as Music Director for the Portland Symphony Orchestra (Maine) since 2008, Artistic Director of Arizona Musicfest since 2007, and Music Director for the Winston-Salem Symphony (NC) since 2005. Three incredible orchestras, each with unique personality and phenomenal concert offerings. Check out their websites, which I have linked here on mine!
Outside of conducting I am an avid snow-skiier, hiker, runner (I have run one marathon and many half-marathons and 10Ks). And lately I'm getting more into boating, as we have moved to beautiful Lake Norman in North Carolina.
