Ski colorado

The Colorado Rockies are simply magical. Whether you are swooshing down slopes in the winter (and ski season lasts from November to April!), enjoying great hiking, mountain biking, rafting, or simply sight-seeing in the summer, there is really no better retreat for the soul than Summit County. My condo is in the village of Keystone - a world class ski-resort is only steps away from the condo.

Other tremendous ski resorts are also very close by:

Keystone: A 5 minute shuttle bus ride from the front door of my condo to the slopes. Shuttle buses run every 20 minutes during ski season.
Arapahoe Basin: 10 minute drive
Breckenridge: 20 minute drive
Copper Mountain: 25 minute drive
Vail: 35 minute drive

*ALL of these resorts (except Copper) are on the Summit Shuttle route. I typically drive to all resorts except Keystone and A-Basin.

My condo is two stories, has two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms. I also have added a "loft" in the master bedroom. There are two twin beds in the loft; this means the condo can sleep six people VERY comfortably, (with no one having to sleep on the couch!) The condo complex has a pool, jacuzzi, and 16 Tennis courts (open May - October). Sunken living room with wood-burning fireplace (wood and starters included), great kitchen, dining room, and a deck with incredible views of the mountains. Cable television, cd stereo system, dvd/vcr players, telephone service, and high-speed internet are all included.

I rent the condo year round (except when I'm there, of course!) Rates vary, depending on season. But I can guarantee you that the private rates I charge are significantly less than you would pay by going through a resort corporation. (Typically I charge right at 50% of the resort rates).
